Throughout her 14-year career at Mass General’s Leukemia and Bone Marrow Transplant Program, Christine Connolly has played a key role in growing the Hematologic Malignancies research protocol office. Under her leadership, the program has grown from two research staff members to more than 30 physicians, nurses and research coordinators. The group’s research on blood cancers focuses on helping patients access innovative treatments so that they can enjoy a better quality of life while living with cancer.
While patients may never meet her, Christine’s dedicated work behind the scenes has created better care and brighter futures for hundreds of patients. She’s well known to her colleagues for her caring and supportive management style while guiding them through complex submission and compliance systems. Christine’s tireless work will have a lasting impact on cancer patients’ treatments and futures.
