As a patient coordinator at the Mass General Cancer Center, Xenia Toney schedules oncology visits, infusions and tests for a large number of patients. She is very caring, helpful and conscientious with every patient and does her utmost to relieve their stress by performing her role with efficiency and great good cheer.

And she follows up to be sure other departments have done their part in confirming appointments.
