Susan M. Finn, RN, MSN, AOCNS, is an advanced oncology certified clinical nurse specialist in the Adult Infusion Unit at Mass General Cancer Center. Her role includes patient education, chemotherapy administration and symptom management, activities that she performs in collaboration with the unit’s oncologists and nurse practitioners.
A colleague who later became her patient says, “As a coworker, Susan always knew the right thing to say.
