Heather is wonderful with my daughter, who is a four-year-old patient who has had a difficult time coping with her diagnosis and weekly chemotherapy treatments. My daughter now actually looks forward to the clinic so that she can hang out with Heather, chat and play games. I have observed that they have a great therapeutic relationship, with Heather knowing just what to say and do to bring out the best parts of my daughter’s personality. Heather has a great gift for working with kids.
