With a heavy heart we share that Megan Sirota, MD, died unexpectedly on Thursday June 13th, 2024. Megan joined Mass General for Children in 2021 when she and Dr. Michael Willers joined the Division of Pediatric Cardiology as part of the Pediatric Cardiology practice in Holyoke, MA.

Dr. Sirota was a beloved colleague and friend. Her kindness, intelligence, and sense of humor brightened the lives of those around her. She had a natural gift for connecting with others and making everyone feel important. Dr. Sirota most valued time with her husband, Nate, and young son, Thatcher. They could be found hiking together across New England year-round or enjoying family time in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Dr. Sirota’s memory will continue to live on in the hearts of her colleagues, friends, and family.

The Pediatric Cardiology group provides all infant and pediatric cardiology services for the entire Mass General Brigham network with outpatient clinic locations across Massachusetts. Your gift will support the comprehensive, state-of-the-art diagnosis, treatment and long-term follow-up care for infants, children and adolescents with all types of acquired and congenital cardiac conditions.
