Richard Liberthson, MD, (Founder of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program) has established the Richard Liberthson, MD, Legacy Fund for Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD).

This fund will provide critical support to advance care delivery across the ACHD program and will celebrate Dr. Liberthson’s commitment to not only on providing the best possible care and advice to his patients, but also communicating honestly and empathetically, building trust, addressing fears and developing deep, long-term relationships with patients and their families.

This fund will allow us to sustain the highest-level expert and personalized care that Dr. Liberthson always delivered to some of our most vulnerable patients and their extended families, while also elevating the program to the national prominence it deserves.
