MGB Psychiatric research collaboration – Dr. Gagan Joshi and Dr. Daphne Holt

Dr. Joshi’s research is redefining a psychiatric patient population – High functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder (HD-ASD). HD-ASD along with psychosis are commonly reported by youth, frequently misunderstood and sometimes mistaken for one another resulting in incorrect diagnoses and delayed, ineffective and potentially harmful treatment options.

Drs. Joshi and Holt’s research collaboration is working to untangle this confusion to provide a fast, safe and efficacious diagnosis.
