This year marked the 20th year Mass General teams have run in support of the hospital's programs, thanks to our partnership with John Hancock.

There was an extra reason to celebrate as the Mass General Marathon teams made their 26.2 mile journey from Hopkinton to Boston on Marathon Monday, April 17th, 2017. This year marked the 20th year Mass General teams have run in support of the hospital’s programs, thanks to our partnership with John Hancock.

In total, 143 Mass General runners crossed the finish line, raising more than $1.5 million for Pediatric Cancer, Emergency Response and other MGH programs including Botswana Oncology Global Outreach, Caring for a Cure, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome and the Lurie Center for Autism. We are extremely grateful to all of our runners for their commitment to training and fundraising for Mass General.
