The MassGeneral Hospital for Children Cancer Center is proud to be a beneficiary of Swim Across America (SAA) Boston, an organization dedicated to raising money and awareness for cancer research, prevention and treatment through swimming.
The MassGeneral Hospital for Children Cancer Center Team is swimming and volunteering in honor and in memory of all children battling cancer. The MGHfC Cancer Center provides family centered programs that include inpatient and outpatient care and consultative services in a coordinated, team-based approach. Our SAA team is formed by physicians, nurses, staff, friends and family of Massachusetts General Hospital.

WHAT: The annual Team Relay Challenge brings swimmers of all ages together to swim the farthest they can in 2 hours while raising money to defeat cancer and support Swim Across America!
