The staff of the Pediatric Epilepsy Program at Massachusetts Hospital is inviting individuals with Sunflower syndrome and their friends and family to the Sunflower Syndrome Family Symposium!
This event will take place on Saturday August 4th, 2018 at 10:00 am on the 3rd floor of the Simches Research Center located at 185 Cambridge St. Boston, MA.
This family symposium will be a great place to learn about Sunflower Syndrome, and an amazing opportunity to meet other families with similar experiences. Our expert staff will give talks on epilepsy, the clinical characteristics and psychosocial component of Sunflower syndrome, genetic epilepsies, and other ongoing research. There will be plenty of time to socialize with other families, and speak with our staff and faculty! We also have fun activities planned for kids that are too young to participate in the talks.
Tickets are $50 for adults and $25 for children, who are 12 years old and younger. Lunch and dinner and fun events will be included in the cost.
