Caring for a Cure was founded in 2011 by the MGH hematology/oncology nurses with a mission to ease the journey and uplift the spirits of the patients and families of the MGH Cancer Center through research, resources and awareness. Since its inception, we have raised over $700,000!
For the fourth year in a row, our Boston Marathon Team is made possible by our dear friends Jessica Kensky and Patrick Downes, Boston Marathon bombing survivors who allocated their One Fund survivorship numbers to Caring for a Cure. Over the past three years, these teams have raised nearly $400,000!
We look forward to honoring and celebrating our Caring for a Cure family with you in March at our fourth annual gala!
